This adjustment is based on the analysis of withdrawal activities over the past four months, and it is believed that a shorter buffer period is sufficient to handle almost all withdrawal activities. It is important to note that this only applies to cross-chain interactions from Blast to Ethereum's main network, as cross-chain interactions from Ethereum's main network to Blast still only take a few minutes.
