Proposal BTIP-89 aims to introduce a mechanism for Storage Providers (SPs) to enhance the reliability of network storage; Proposal BTIP-90 innovatively adopts smart contracts to manage file metadata, which will significantly enhance system transparency and decentralization characteristics; Proposal BTIP-91 is dedicated to establishing a decentralized governance framework through smart contracts, empowering the community with stronger autonomy in decision-making.
