A Golden Finance report states that Messari has released the LayerZero Q2 2024 state report, with LayerZero adding support for 12 networks and facilitating the transfer of $5 billion in encrypted assets, with an average transfer value rising by 78% to over $400. The transfer volume of the Ethereum network increased by 26% month-on-month to $913 million, mainly due to the Dencun upgrade dropping gas fees and the introduction of full-chain staking. On June 20th, LayerZero airdropped ZRO tokens to 1.28 million eligible wallets, using anti-Sybil attack measures and donation-proof mechanisms. In the second quarter, the number of OApps deployed on LayerZero exceeded 50,000, covering multiple fields such as games, decentralized finance, and AI. LayerZero currently supports secure communication for more than 80 networks, providing interoperability solutions for full-chain applications.
