Shengbao Bank: Central Bank in Europe will still cut interest rates this year

On March 18th, Jinshi data, Jacob Falkencron, of Shengbao Bank, said that the European Central Bank will still cut interest rates this year, but the fiscal stimulus measures in the European plan may eventually lead to inflation, which will affect the outlook for interest rates. It is expected that the planned fiscal stimulus measures will increase internal demand in Europe, which will increase some inflationary pressures. He said that the European Central Bank may cut interest rates up to two times this year. The money market is currently pricing in two interest rate cuts by the European Central Bank this year.
