On May 28, Jinshi Data reported that the average weekly crude oil exports from Russia had decreased for the third consecutive week, reaching a two-month low before the meeting of the OPEC+ production countries group on Sunday. The increase in transportation volume from the country's Pacific ports was offset by the decrease in transportation volume from the Black Sea and the Arctic. There was no change in cargo from Russia's Baltic Sea ports last week, but it is expected to decrease this month compared to April. At the same time as the decrease in sales volume, prices also showed a slight week-on-week decline, jointly reducing Russia's shipping volume to the lowest point in 10 weeks.
