Jin10 Data reported on July 9 that Shanke Smart announced that the actual controllers Qian Bingjiong, Cen Tengyun, Ji Yongcong, Wang Xuezhou, and Hu Shaoshui are planning matters related to equity transfer and change of control, which may lead to changes in the company's control and actual controllers. The counterparties are from the computer, communication, and other electronic equipment manufacturing industry. It is expected that after the transaction is completed, they will obtain no less than 5% of the company's total share capital and the voting rights corresponding to 24.99% of the shares. Due to the planning of specific transaction schemes and agreements, the company's stock will be suspended from trading starting from July 10, 2025, with the suspension expected to last no more than 2 trading days.
