The encryption law firm used NFTs to deliver $440 million lawsuit documents.

According to Gate News bot, Protos reported that the encryption law firm Burwick Law has filed a $440 million lawsuit against defendants including Dubai real estate developer Peter McInnes, requesting to deliver legal documents in the form of NFTs.

The lawsuit alleges that the defendant illegally raised over $450 million through the TradeAI and Stakx projects. Due to difficulties in contacting the defendant and the fact that the projects primarily rely on NFT and social media for promotion, Burwick Law has requested the court to allow the service of legal documents via NFT.
