A U.S. judge ruled that Biden's regulations protecting abortion privacy are invalid.

According to Gate News bot, on Wednesday, a federal judge overturned a rule implemented by former President Joe Biden's administration that strengthened privacy protections for women seeking abortions and patients undergoing gender transition.

Matthew Kacsmaryk, a judge in the Amarillo area of Texas, stated that the Department of Health and Human Services overstepped its authority last year with this regulation and unlawfully restricted the ability of states to enforce public health laws.
