Far East Holdings: Guoyuan Investment plans to reduce its stake in the company by no more than 2.30%.

On June 3, Far Eastern Group announced that its shareholder Yixing Guoyuan Investment Partnership plans to reduce its holdings of no more than 51,045,200 shares, accounting for 2.30% of the company's total share capital, through centralized bidding and block trading from June 25, 2025 to September 24, 2025, due to its own capital needs. Among them, no more than 22,193,500 shares were reduced through centralized bidding, accounting for 1% of the company's total share capital; No more than 44.387 million shares were reduced through block trading, accounting for 2% of the company's total share capital. Guoyuan Investment currently holds 7.28% of the shares, and the reduction price will be determined according to the market price.
