South Korea and the United States will resume tariff negotiations on the 10th, aiming to reach an agreement by early July.

On May 20, Jin10 reported that South Korea and the United States will hold the second round of technical consultations on the U.S.'s reciprocal tariff measures in Washington this week. The three-day meeting will start on Tuesday (U.S. time). Both sides are working to reach a "package" trade agreement, aiming for completion in early July. The discussions will cover six key issues: trade imbalance, non-tariff barriers, economic security, digital trade, rules of origin for products, and business factors. This is another round of consultations following the first practical consultation held on May 1.
