金色财经报道，BTC生态项目ALEX发推表示，ALEX持有者已收到不可转让的特殊投票代币“special-vote”，用户可用其对金库赠款计划（需要投票代币的50%参与）、重新开放Pools（指未受之前安全事件影响的Pools）等提案投票。
ALEX称“special-vote”的数量等于用户在Stacks区块150610时持有的ALEX代币数量，包括LP头寸、atALEX和质押头寸以及在B20订单簿上持有的代币。
