暗号通貨マイニング会社のZ Squaredは、Coeptisと合併して上場する計画を発表しました
Gate.io News botのメッセージによると、CoinDeskが報じたところによると、暗号資産マイニング会社Z Squaredはバイオ医薬品会社Coeptis（COEP）と合併プロトコルを締結しました。合併計画に基づき、両者は2025年第3四半期に取引を完了する予定です。合併が完了すると、Coeptisはその製薬事業を分離し、新設される会社はDOGEやLTCなどの暗号資産のマイニング業務に特化します。
