Securitize、MG Stoverのファンドマネジメント事業を買収し、子会社SFSに統合
Wu氏によると、実在資産(RWA)トークン化企業であるSecuritize Gate.io、MG Stoverのファンド管理事業の買収が完了したと発表しました。 この事業は、Securitizeの子会社であるSecuritize Fund Services(SFS)に統合されました。
今回の買収後、SFSはブローカー自営業者、デジタルトランスファー代理、トークン化プラットフォームおよび代替取引システム（ATS）などの複数のビジネスモジュールを統合し、ファンド管理、コンプライアンスおよび報告サービスの能力を強化します。MG StoverチームはSFSに参加し、引き続きファンド管理サービスを担当し、プラットフォームのコンプライアンスシステムを支援します。
