BlockBeats 消息，10 月 28 日，据官方消息，AI 超级链 Swan Chain 将于 10 月 29 日 （EST） 正式启动首期计算提供者（CP）通用基本收入（UBI）计划，为期一个月，总奖励池达 1,200,000 SWAN，标志着 Swan Chain 激励计算资源提供者的新阶段开启。本次 UBI 计划将全面覆盖Informatique de pointe（ECP）和雾计算（FCP）两类Nœud。Swan Chain 采用双重收益模式，CP 除每日 UBI 奖励外，还可通过完成部署订单获得更高收益，优质 CP 有望获得显著增收。新 CP 可轻松参与：提供基本compte信息和 GPU 配置即可申请stake额度，stake金将直接dépôtcompte；此前参与测试的 CP 用户stake资产将自动转入托管compte，无缝衔接。Swan Chain 采用动态stake机制，单 GPU stake金额随全网Puissance de calcul调整，早期用户享受更优stake条件。用户可通过 Swan Dashboard 实时监控网络趋势。
