Odaily Star Planet Daily News Interchain Foundation (ICF) announced that interim chairman Fernando Pedone has resigned. Josh Cincinnati, former founding executive director of the Zcash Foundation, has been elected as the new chairman of the Interchain Foundation. Ethan Buchman continues to serve as vice chairman, and Maxime Monod serves as a council member.
