金十数据5月22日讯，一家股份制银行资产管理部人士向记者透露，相比个人投资者谨慎投资超长期特别国债，各类机构投资者的投资意愿似乎更强。一是在多家银行调降定期存款产品利率后，近期不少存款资金重返理财市场，令机构投资者配置债券的需求加大；二是这些机构投资者具备一定的债券投资能力与风险管控策略，能在特别国债二级市场价格波动过程博取额外的交易性超额回报。
